As the story goes in the Rastarman/Superman Themed Universe, Darkseid/The Dark Side is the Super Heroes supernatural arch nemesis the ANTI-Hero. It is a breathtakingly ruthless tyrannical  energy and conqueror of entire planets.  It is arguably the most dangerous being in the documented Super Hero Universe.  The Dark Side is the embodiment of unimaginable evil, and is the greatest threat to life as we know it. 

This very powerful entity is associated with the Apocalypse where time and other physical laws operate differently than on the planet Earth.  In the "Dimension of the Apocalypse," Light, Time, and Space fluctuate enabling things to go forward, backward, sideways and inverse depending on Will. 

The Dark Side has been part of some of Earth's darkest points in ancient history, however it has always eventually been vanquished by the Light.  It is said to have been the "Devil" who caused the fall of mankind; "Lucifer" a fallen angel and also "Hades" the ruler of Hell in Greek Mythology. 

Negative unresolved Emotions open the door to the Dark Side.  It operates through Hate, Fear, Anger, Doubt, Guilt, Jealousy, and Lust.  The Dark Side feeds off of these Energies, Possesses, Controls, and Manipulates, to further its own ends.  Many times the individual is unaware of the influence due to a miasma of misinformation and mental confusion.

The Dark Side is a formidable opponent, super-strong, ostensibly invulnerable, and immortal.  It stands more than eight and a half feet tall and weighs over eighteen hundred pounds.  It has a gray, stone-like hide and red eyes from which it projects malice through the Evil EYE/Omega Effect.

This effect comprises beams of unlimited power that can incinerate and vaporize anything, living or otherwise, and also teleports and dematerializes  organic  and inorganic beings. Its main power, the Omega Beam, is the Energy of Hate Concentrated and fired from the Eye.  Dark Side minions share this the Accursed Stare, only to a lesser degree.

The Dark Side can teleport  itself or others through time and space.  Because it warps time, it appears to move at great speed and to cover great distances.  It responds faster than nanoseconds.  It can also increase its physical size and bulk.  The Dark Side utilizes powers of telepathy and telekinesis and creates psionic avatars.  

This Looks Like a Job For . . . 

The Energy that created the Dark Side was a part of God and is infinite.  It has existed for over several hundred thousand aeons.  It cannot be fully vanquished, only defeated by balancing conflicts within the self.

Despite its extraordinary powers, Darksied rarely engages itself personally in confrontations, it prefers to use superhuman intellect and genius to manipulate or control others to its ends.  Preferring  the shadows, the Dark Side stays out of the light.


The Dark Side prefers  to send various agents and minions with a wide array of strange powers and skills to do its dirty work.

Darkseid is modeled after Adolf Hitler and the cesspool of the Apocalypse is modeled after The Nazi Regime.  

The Dark Side archetype is similar to a jackboot-wearing megalomaniacal dictator and warmonger who, in fascist style, sees every citizen as an extension of   itself.




  

Where is . . . 

Followers of the Dark Side are highly militant. Children are  indoctrinated from a young age to be warlike and loyal.  Through a program of fear and terror, children are psychologically abused, viciously brutalized, raped, tortured, and murdered for the pleasure and gratification of psychopathic desire.  

Darkseid is a fearfully unforgiving overlord who rules exclusively by terror, torture, and various other forms of sadism.  The Dark Side plague can be found in a myriad of multi-national organizations whose missions are to foster  oceans of bloodshed for the Dark Lord.  

The Dark Side commands all the military and technological resources of the Apocalypse.  It works with  multi-national crime syndicates, warlords, aliens and anyone else who operates within a cloud of deceit, manipulation, and greed.  No one big or small is immune to its influence or escapes its gaze.  

Dark Side minions are armed with advanced otherworld  technology such as tattoo tracking devices and the fear based mind control techniques found in the Literature  of the Apocalypse. 

The ambition of the Dark Side is to reshape the universe to its own specifications, and desires, and by so doing, eradicating free will from all its inhabitants.

Looks Like a JOB FOR . . . 

The Dark Side intends to accomplish full domination by implementing the elusive and enigmatic, Hate/Anti-Life-Equation.







The Hate/Anti-Life-Equation is extraordinarily difficult for ordinary humans to comprehend therefore various historians have defined it different ways.  However the consensus is that the Hate/Anti-Life-Equation mathematically proves that life is pointless and hopeless. 





Hate gives the Dark Side total control over all unaware/unconscious living beings.  

LOVE, TRUTH & JUSTICE DEFEATS IT.









Through the so-called Operation: Humiliation, the Dark Side is attempting to destroy Earth's growing super hero community by reducing their legends to dust.  

The Dark Side intends to conquer us by making us forget who we are, crush our hopes and ambitions, and turn our daily dreams into living nightmares.

This is a fight for the Very Soul of Our Planet . . .
